We are looking to write the NJ IRRIGATION - SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR who does either residential, or commercial work.  Any size, any number of employees from one to 50! Farm work is acceptable. If you are a well driller, pump installer, master plumber, or landscape contractor please inform us. Coverage can be included for that type of work also. Please inform us of all your business operations.

If you do excavating, landscaping, lawn cutting, paving, grading of land, we can also accomodate you.

Coverage for New York City is limited. We can insure the occasional job in NYC. Primary business location must be New Jersey

We want to insure your heavy equipment.  Vibratory plows, ditchwitches, skid steers, rollers, trailers, tractors, front end loaders, dump trucks, etc.

We can provide General Liability alone or in a package that includes tools coverage, equipment, supplies, installation floaters, commercial automobile, commercial umbrella, etc.

General liability limits are available in the amounts of: Three hundred thousand ($300,000.) , five hundred thousand ($500,000.) or one million dollars ($1,000,000.).

The NJ HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION LAW requires the minimum of five hundred thousand ($500,000.) dollars limits.

There is very little price difference between $500,000., and $1,000,000. coverage. Most contractors choose one million.
